Fees
My fee is £230 for the whole service. Everything on the What I include and How can I support you pages is covered.
How it is paid
- Deposit: £100 to secure the date (non-refundable).
- Balance: £130, paid 48 hours before the funeral.
- Travel: 55p per mile for journeys over 20 miles from my base near Usk, added to the balance.
Included in the fee
- Up to two consultations, in person or online
- Your script shared and reviewed with you up to four times, until you are happy with it
- A first draft within 72 hours of our consultation, and the final draft 48 hours before the service
If plans change
Please tell me as soon as you can. If a service is cancelled within 72 hours of the date, the full fee is due; within 7 days, 50% of the balance is due. If I am ever unable to attend, you will receive a full refund, and in an emergency I will arrange a substitute celebrant.
A simple service agreement confirms all of this in writing once you decide to go ahead.
